How do I reach out about a business or partnership?
If your message is business or partnership related, please read my Ethics Statement first. It explains exactly how I work with brands and what I will not do. After that, use the form below and include as much detail as possible. Messages that skip the Ethics Statement or are missing key details may not get a reply.

I have a laser or equipment question and I need tech support. Can you help?
I wish I could, but I cannot provide tech support by message. I do my best to make tutorials that solve common problems, but I do not have the time or access to troubleshoot individual setups. If my videos do not solve it, the fastest path is the official support team for your machine, software, or tool.
